Food excellent. Service as good as it could be whilst understaffed. It's all very well being able to do all sorts of coffee but each takes 5 mins.one member of staff only cannot do it. This meant people on entering were told 15 minute wait for a sandwich. Coffee cold when food arrived. No obvious heating despite winter weather. Valiant effort by staff member let down by management. |
